This November 19th, from 7pm onwards, Mama’s Bar will be buzzing
with smooth sounds, good company, and an evening dedicated to
celebrating the men who inspire, uplift, and keep things rolling
(and yes, everyone’s invited to the party!).
Teaming up once again with the brilliant Graziella Affinita—a
long-term friend and curator with impeccable taste—Mama’s is
shining a spotlight on emerging local talent with a hand-picked
line-up of three incredible artists:
Louie Forward, who began his journey busking on the streets of
London before taking the stage at iconic venues like The Royal
Albert Hall and Hackney Empire. His sounds simmer with folk and
rock.
Anthony Hughes, a soulful pop sensation whose music has been
spotlighted as Tip of the Week on BBC Introducing and Gaydio. This
will be his second stop at Mama Shelter.
Laville, our headliner for the night—a North London-based soul
singer and songwriter known for blending classic soul with modern
funk and jazz. Signed to Acid Jazz Records, his debut album The
Wanderer showcased his smooth vocals and heartfelt lyricism,
earning him tours with John Legend and collaborations across
London’s vibrant scene. This will be Laville's 3rd performance at
Mama Shelter.
Expect an intimate night of soul, R&B, folk, rock and feel-good
rhythms designed to soothe, stir, and set the perfect tone for
midweek magic.
The live sessions will take over Mama’s Bar, setting the stage for
a night that’s all about connection, creativity, and community.
With a little help from London Essence Co., who are kindly
sponsoring the evening, every guest will be welcomed with a
signature drink included in the £10 ticket price—because good music
deserves great company (and even better cocktails).

3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
